Set amidst landscaped gardens, in Mousata area, Felix Residence has a swimming pool and poolside snack bar overlooking the Ionian Sea. Its air-conditioned rooms open out to balconies with wooden furnishings and enjoy free Wi-Fi. Bright and spacious, Felix rooms and apartments are stylishly decorated and offer sea, pool or garden views. They come with a satellite TV, refrigerator and safe. The unforgettable sea views and the unique sunsets mixed with traditional esthetics and fine amenities will provide you a truly soul comforting time. All the rooms at the Felix residence are tastefully decorated with a contemporary aesthetic incorporating earth tones with splashes of colour and creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Felix Residence has tastefully landscaped and shady sitting corners, wooden pergolas with springing, thriving plants and full bloomed jardinières – stone benches around age-long olive trees. There is a large swimming pool and an extra shallow pool especially for kids. Free Wifi is available. There is also a communal utility room with a washing machine and ironing facililities and also a small gymnasium. There are many beaches, restaurants and tavernas within close proximity of Felix Residence.

Felix Residence is located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten national parks in Greece. The village of Trapezaki and its neighbouring villages provide many excellent restaurants. There are many shops, tavernas, car hire companies, daily excursions, bakers and butchers within 3km of the property. There is easy access to our capital Argostoli, a 13km drive, and its many facilities. Felix Residence is a holiday haven, literally, a nest offering a bird's eye view to the deep turquoise waters and glorious sunset of the Ionian Sea. Local amenities include: Nearest Supermarkets: Carrefores, Alpha Beta, Lidl's all at 7km. Nearest Shops : Trapazaki Mini Market at 500 meters.
