The house is 100 sq.m.
It provides for use garden of 700 sq.m. in front of the sea, in a small bay with direct access to a golden sandy beach. It is built on a pine-covered mountain slope which goes down to the sea. It is just 5 km from the center of Kavala,from the archaeological site of Philippi 20 km and from the airport 22 km.

From the large terrace of the house you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise, raised among the unique rock formations and the small island which is 5 minutes swimming away from home.
