Elements Villa is a luxurious Villa perched on a hilltop, offering panoramic views of the sea, White mountains, Souda Bay and the surrounding area. The Villa covers 540 m2, divided in three levels, offering privacy, independence and comfort to all guests. Elements Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests in its 8 bedrooms. It offers two different fully independent levels, each one with each own huge living room and kitchen plus bathrooms and bedrooms. The Villa stands in a private land of 5.000 m2, offering total privacy as it is fully fenced. Furthermore, the property offers 2 different private entrances and 2 different parking areas for up to 5 cars. A 110 m2 private swimming pool (1,65 m deep) is at your disposal and also has a shallow part which is great for kids.The pool terrace is also equipped with double day beds, side tables, parasols and an outdoor shower. Also, a 6 seater, heated Jacuzzi tub with several jets for aero massage, hydro massage and chromotherapy is available. BBQ facilities and multiple outdoor dining and siting areas will make your holiday as comfortable as possible, as well as the proximity to beaches and shops. The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats - Towel - Linen change every 3 days - Cleaning every 3 days & final cleaning - Pool and garden maintenance Furthermore, the following services can be arranged with an additional fee, upon request: - Daily maid service from 9AM to 3PM. The fee includes daily cleaning, tidying of the villa, and assistance with breakfast & meal preparation -Shopping delivery at the Villa before your arrival (cost of groceries not included) Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located in Akrotiri, just a few minutes away from Chania city overlooking the Souda Bay! The closest living area, is the villages of Sternes and Kounipidiana where you can find bakeries, Supermarkets and some traditional tavernas. The city centre of Chania city is 12,5 km away. Close to the villa there are also several sandy beaches that you should visit. The most suggested ones are Kalathas beach which is 9,8 km away and Marathi beach which is ideal for families with children and it is located 4,5 km away from the villa. Furthermore, the location of Elements Villa is ideal for one more reason: its proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around the west and southwest coastline and countryside, that are scattered with breathtaking beaches and picturesque villages, is a very easy thing to do.
