Είναι ένα πολύ βολικό για την επίσκεψη σας στο Μόλυβο κατάλυμα, γιατί απέχει μόνο ένα χιλιόμετρο, έχει απόλυτη ησυχία, γιατί απέχει από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο 100μ. και δεν υπάρχουν κοντά του άλλα σπίτι πάρά μόνο ένα συνερχαζόμενο μικρό ξενοδοχείο που απέχει 150μ μακριά. Περιστοιχίζεται από ελαιώνα και έχει μια μικρή παιδική χαρά.
