The new built Disegno Residences have a stunning contemporary design and offer all necessary facilities. With a 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor, two 50 m2 deluxe apartments on the second floor and a stunning penthouse with pool view that has exclusive access to the private pool on the top floor. All apartments spacious balconies, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, 40 inch and 43 inch TVs in every apartment, Playstation 5, Washing and Drying machine, high speed wifi, private storage area for every apartment. All floors are accessible via elevator.

Konstantinos, Georgios and Stavros (CreteWise) will assist you with anything needed during your stay. The Disegno Residences complex is located at Andronikou Street Pachiana, just 1.5 km away from the center of Chania, the Municipal Market Square and 2.2 km from the old Venetian port. It’s location offers easy access to the National Road for your southern or northern excursions. This city neighborhood is quiet and you can find quality cafes and restaurants 400m away, as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy and whatever else you need.
