CENTRAL is a 1st floor studio apartment (without elevator) in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. It was totally renovated in March 2020!!! It is located in the central square of the town and nearby you can find bars and cafeterias, restaurants, bakeries, super markets, banks, pharmacies and the central market of the town. It is a cosy studio apartment that can accommodate up to three people and it is fully equipped with whatever you may need. There is one double bed and one sofa bed for one person. There is a hair-dryer and an iron, a clothes rack and an ironing board.The kitchen is also fully equipped. It includes a refrigerator, a large electric stove and oven, and brand new electric kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle), as well as cooking utensils and tableware. There is a solar water heater for daily use, however, a home water heater with electricity has been also installed in case of extra hot water needs. Τhere is a hot and cold air conditioning unit , a TV and free internet access.

As the apartment is in the centre of the town everything is close and you can go everywhere on foot . The famous lake of the town, the port where you can take the boat to Spinalonga island, the marina where there is parking space for your car and the beautiful sandy beaches of Ammos and Kitroplatia, are no more than 100 meters away!!!!! There are two parking lots about 100 meters from the apartment but you could easily find a free parking place at the streets around the square.The bus station is a few minutes walk (about 10 minutes) and there is a radio taxi station just below the apartment.
