This is a simple cozy beach house with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, built a few meters away from the beach and close to the historic , picturesque old town of Rethymno. Sea view of the beach and just a few minutes walking distance to a super market, restaurants. What makes this villa unique is that combines the short distance to everything you may need during your stay, all the facilities and comfort you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is easy access to motorway to visit beautiful cities like Rethymno (10km) and Chania (70km), sightseeing, places with amazing natural beauty! * Please note that the "climate crisis resilience fee" (mandatory government tax) of 15 euros per night is applicable and payable in cash upon arrival, directly to the owner of the villa.

Our lovely place is a beach house located at a very quiet place. You can enjoy the small beach which is 150m away or the long sandy organized beach which is 300m away. Everything you need : supermarket, restaurant are in walking distance. Platanias is a place where you can find many shops, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, bars are in a short -5 min- drive. Within 5 km you will find organised sandy beach, several sea sports etc. Historic city of Rethymno is 10km away to walk around the venetian Old City and Port. Its a very beautiful, picturesque place where you will find amazing restaurants, shops and other markets.
