The first floor, completely independent from the lower level, consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a living area with sofas and a coffee table. The view from the terrace & the living area on the top floor is breathtaking, during the day but even more so during the night. The outdoor area has a 4100 sq. m. lawn garden with trees, multicolor buganvilias around the fence, jasmine and many local herbs and flowers. The villa has a large private swimming pool with hydro massage and the outdoor area is furnished with a queen size daybed, 2 dining tables and many comfortable sun lounges.

If you are looking to discover the local history the famous Medieval City an UNESCO World Heritage Monument should be your destination. Historical buildings pop up in every corner of the island, so make sure you have plenty of walks around the City. For the foodies there's an abundance of restaurants with all types of cuisine including traditional dishes, Greek Tapas and a very vivid Italian influence with lots of pizza & pasta places. One of the best-hidden gems for foodies -visitors & locals- is a seafood restaurant situated less than a minute from the property. The golf players will enjoy their vacation in the 18-hole, par-73 golf course, only 2 kilometers away from the villa.
