Avenia Potidea Suite is 100 square meters maisonette (2 split levels). It consists of 3 rooms/areas with 2 TVs and 2 Air conditioners, 2 bathrooms with wash machine, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, cooker with oven, kettle, toaster, dish washer) and three balconies (two of them with view to the sea). More specifically, on the lower floor of the maisonette there is a big living room (with sofa) with dining area, one bedroom (one single bed and one bunk bed), kitchen, bathroom and two balconies (on of them with view to Thermaikos Bay and mount Olympus). On the upper floor you will find one more bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), bathroom and one more balcony with view to Toroneos Bay, Sithonia and Mount Athos. In front of the apartment there is enough parking place (free of charge).
Jelena and Thanasis are the owners, with many years of experience in accommodation and certainly can be proud of the comfortable and warm services offered to their guests. Their philosophy, combined with their personal diligence over cleaning, assure you comfortable holidays. They can assist you also with excursions, car rental or transfer service. You can communicate with them in English, Greek, German and Serbian.
Avenia Potidea Suite is located next to the main road in Nea Potidea and only half of an hour drive away from the airport in Thessaloniki. Distance from the beautiful beach of Nea Potidea is 500 meters. Its' unique location at the crossroad of Halkidiki offers you opportunity to explore whole area.
