Charming ambiance and feeling, in a peaceful environment, with full heating for the cold winter days. Sea & Mountain alternatives in perfect combination. Volos town is just 12km, a 20 min drive from "ARTistic house @ PILIO". Volos is also accessible through normal & charter flights from Vienna, London, Paris & Amsterdam. ✽ Layout ✽ Lower level: living and dining room, kitchen, wc, and a bedroom with 2 singles (can unite if needed). Upper level: 1 lovely bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 more bedrooms, one more bathroom. At the lower level / basement there is a playroom with ping-pong and billiard table !

✽ About the neighbourhood ✽ Our house in located in Pelio (Pilio), close to the famous Portaria village. Mount Pelion (Pilion) is considered one of the MOST beautiful and ecologically pristine mountains Greece has to offer. According to the Greek Mythology, Mt. Pelion was the sanctuary for the Greek Gods during the summer months. Additionally, it was the homeland of the Centaurs, the mythical creatures best known for their half horse/half human shape, and the descendants of Centaurus, son of Apollo. What makes Pelion a unique tourist destination is due to its pristine combination of mountain and coastal activities waiting to be explored year-round! During the winter season, winter sport enthusiasts can enjoy their favorite sports such as ski, snowboard, horse back riding, and enjoy the unspoiled natural scenery of the native flora such as evergreens, chestnut trees, northern greek maples, as well as a number of endemic species that call Pelion their home.
