Surrounded by the sea and the mountains, Artemis Seafront Stone Studio offers you a calm and private accommodation in Petres village. The Private Space: The private space consist of one bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette equipped with essential kitchen utensils, bathroom, shaded terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sunbeds and a spacious green backyard. The View: Direct view of the beautiful sea from the terrace and backyard, and view of the mountains on the other side. Breakfast: Breakfast is included and brought down to the terrace for guests to enjoy.

The Surrounding Space: Guests can enjoy widespread and sandy beaches, beach bars and taverns, starting at Petres village, all the way to Georgioupolis village, 10 km away. At Petres beach our guests can enjoy our private sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Our on-site restaurant, Mimis Tavern, offers traditional flavours of the Greek cuisine. Just 300 m away, there is a diving center. Lake Kournas, only 10 km away, offers a stunning view of the famous lake, alongside multiple local Greek taverns one can choose from. Rethymno town, only 10 km away, is the third largest city of Crete, offering a spontaneous cosy day trip for shopping, sightseeing or experiencing the Greek night life. Exploring Crete: Renting a car is recommended if one wishes to explore more of the nearby areas. There is, however, also a bus station nearby connecting to three main cities of Crete: Rethymno, Chania and Heraklion, leaving approximately once every hour. Famous and beautiful destinations to consider for a one-day trip include: Elafonisi beach, Balos Lagoon, Matala caves, Preveli beach, Knossos ruins, Samaria for hiking, Agios Nikolaos village.
