Elegant and stylish, the Villa boasts four sublime bedrooms enjoying natural tones & flaunting unique design with perfect attention to every luxurious detail and can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed (could be placed in the living room area). The maximum capacity is 10 guests.  The wonderful holiday home lays in 200m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 18m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep). Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50euro/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed Events are not allowed. Climate Resilience Fee A 15 euros/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.


Anema Villa is located in the picturesque Village of Roumeli, a wonderful location in Rethymno prefecture, where our guests can find a local taverna, super market and a cafe, all of them located within 200-300 meters walking distance from the Villa. In addition, locations near Roumeli include the Villages of Achlades, Skepasti, as well as Perama Village, which also offer a variety of shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, within 5 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches.The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids.
