Alexander is located in Faros (Lakka) on the Greek island of Paxos. This property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with a private swimming pool and sea views. The property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Ground floor: Large kitchen/living/dining room opening on to front terrace, two bedrooms (one twin and one double), bathroom. First floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom, front and side verandas. Private swimming pool, with a children's section. It is surrounded by terraces, overlooking fantastic views. Beside the pool is a pleasant shady area from a windshaped tree, and an inspiring view. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
