This level also includes a spacious double bedroom with an additional bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The living area extends to a large terrace, offering a spectacular 180-degree sea view that enhances the feeling of relaxation and luxury. The second floor houses two additional double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning. A separate bathroom on this level ensures convenience for guests. 2-bdrm Villa with private pool The first floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, all enhanced with air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary devices & kitchenware to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable. A WC is also available on this level for your convenience. The living room includes a sofa bed, which can accommodate an additional guest if needed.Please note that there are a few steps leading up to the main entrance of the house. The ground floor offers two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, making it ideal for two couples. Air conditioning is located near the staircase and efficiently cools both rooms. Both villas offer direct access to beautiful gardens, where you can enjoy the pools with the outstanding views and the baberque areas.
