Actea Seaview Villas are two luxury villas one next to the other, each with private amenities and facilities! Outside, the area seems like a paradise! The private pool is perfect for soaking up the awesome sea view. A covered dining area with a pergola comes complete with a gas barbecue, ideal for those who want to dine gazing at the surroundings. Outdoor furniture entreats you to relax. Actea Seaview Villa I has 4 bedrooms. 3 ensuite bathrooms, 1 communal bathroom, and 1 communal WC. The villas also provide a private swimming pool and an amazing sea view. Actea Seaview Villa I is suitable for guests with mobility needs. Upon request, the bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a bedroom for guests with mobility needs with a single mattress of 0.80x2.00. The bathroom on the same floor is already prepared for those guests, Last but not least, a pool lift can be added upon request at the swimming pool. Actea Seaview Villa II has 4 bedrooms (3*1.60*2.00 & 1*1.80*2.00 which bed can be converted into two single beds), 3 ensuite bathrooms with shower, 1 communal bathroom with shower, and 1 WC. The villas also provide a private swimming pool and an amazing sea view. ***Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

Falassarna is a seaside village on the West part of Crete in the Kissamos Prefecture about 59km west of Chania. It hosts some of the most famous beaches in Crete of various lengths, all facing the West (which makes it a wonderful place to watch the sunset from). The waters are very clean with lovely turquoise colours because of the sandy bottom. The exotic main long sandy beach of Falassarna which is called Pachia Ammos has been awarded the blue flag beach and as one of the ten best beaches in Europe many times in the past. It is listed as Nature 2000 due to the wide variety of flora and fauna, which is a place with gorgeous natural beauty. The beaches are well organized with many umbrellas, a few snack bars, cafes, and a lot of water sports. From the archaeological side, in the area, there are the remains of a fortified Hellenistic harbour. Because of a sudden uplift of the West of Crete 1500 years ago, the harbour is now located inland.
