Property information
My guest house is located in the resort town of Tskaltubo, not far from the city of Kutaisi and a 20-minute drive from David Agmashenebeli Airport (Kutaisi). If you want to stay during your trip, spend a vacation in peace and quiet, or live here as many wonderful days as you can, then the doors of my house are always open for you.
I will accommodate you in a comfortable new home with all the amenities: Wi-Fi throughout the territory, my own kitchen with a gas stove and oven, a barbecue and barbecue area, heating, a washing machine, a wide Smart TV, 24-hour video surveillance and parking spaces for six cars .
The rooms are equipped with everything you need: soundproof windows and doors, orthopedic mattresses, free high-speed Wi-Fi access, electric kettle, tea and coffee, a set of tea utensils, a set of towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste), bathroom room with shower, hair dryer, slippers.
There is a transfer for you to meet and see off to all airports of Georgia: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, as well as from all cars / trains. stations and from any of your addresses that you say.
Neighbourhood information
The resort center of Tskaltubo itself is famous for its only balneological baths in Georgia. Perfect for physical and spiritual rejuvenation.
Especially for you we will act as your guide and driver to see all regions of Georgia: Samegrelo, Lechkum and Svaneti. You will see endless rivers, impressive waterfalls, mesmerizing mountains, historic fortress towers of Svaneti, protected by UNESCO, priceless Orthodox churches of X century, family vineyards. And also in the autumn and winter you can visit the ski resort in Svaneti.
