The flat is in Old Gudauri. There is a very warm and cosy atmosphere. As it has central heating, you will never get cold inside the house. It also has a balcony where you can smoke and take amazing pictures with a beautiful view. It is located very close to the ski resort. Nearby is Smart - biggest supermarket in the town. You also have a pharmacy next to the house in case you get ill and a restaurant downstairs, where you can eat Khinkali and Khachapuri.

The flat is very close to the biggest supermarket in town - Smart. Pharmacy, police station, petrol station and ski slopes are also located within 10 minutes walking distance. On the lowest floor, there is a restaurant where you can taste delicious Khinkali and Khachapuri! 2 minutes walk from a taxi station, which is at the entrance of Smart. And 3 minutes walk from Minibus station that goes to Tbilisi every hour.
