Grand Victorian House with many original features. Guests have their own double bedroom with private bathroom (not en-suite) with either a bath or shower. If you have a preference for bath or shower and this is important to you then please message before booking to check if available. Tea, coffee, biscuits and porridge pots available in the bedrooms. No takeaways to be brought to the bedrooms please. We request that outdoor shoes are not worn in the house and are left in the porch.Thank you. ☀️🌈☀️
We are NHS workers and don’t often finish shift till 18.00 but are available for earlier check in if not working and by arrangement. Please engage with us to arrange a mutually convenient arrival time as we do not have concierge and we are not home all the time. We will always try our best to meet your needs. We love having guests to stay and to share this fabulous house with guests. ☀️🌊🏖️
The house is set in a conservation area opposite a pretty park. Lots of free easy parking outside. It’s a very quiet area but only short distance from excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and wine bars. A 15 to 20 minute walk to the new Swansea Arena. 15 minutes to the beach and Singelton Park and University.
