There are 2 bedrooms, the larger one contains a double bed and the other has 2 single beds set as a bunkbed. The lounge contains 2 sofas, one is a sofabed which can be pulled out to provide an additional double bed. There is a table which can be pulled out to accommodate 6 people for dining. There is a well equipped kitchen including Washing machine. Complimentary hot drinks Cleaning products Washing up utensils and a tea towel There is also a sunny private balcony containing a small table and chairs.
I run a cafe, bar and shop with my husband. We organise music events, run workshops and host weddings & parties. Our shop sells work by local artists and also plants. It’s called Kitchen Garden Cafe and is located just a few doors down from the property so do come and check us out during your stay if you get time.
The flat is located in bustling Kings Heath with a great choice of High Street shops close by. As the the sun sets York Road then comes alive, particularly at weekends. You'll find independent bars, cafes and restaurants just steps away, with tables and chairs spilling out onto the road and venues offering food and entertainment. This is the perfect place for you to immerse yourself in the local culture right on your doorstep. Please also be aware you will at weekends often be able to hear music from the surrounding venues in the evening along with the cheerful chatter of customers sitting outside. Birmingham City Centre is easily accessible by the Number 50 bus from King's Heath High St.
