Hi we are Hayley and Louise, we call ourselves, Host my Home, we have been managing properties for both ourselves and our clients since 2016. We are a small family run business (3 sisters) hosting properties on behalf of owners who do not live locally or are too busy to manage it themselves. Designed by an architect, this studio is a mix of modern interior design and a classic stone-cottagelook outside. The space has been designed to allow plenty of sunlight and air in. The skylight in the kitchen allows natural light to shine through while you cook. The living area and bathroom are fully equipped too. The studio is tucked away in a corner so guests can have plenty of privacy and quiet while they stay here. You can also choose to spend some time on the patio with views of the river. The Vicarage Annex is situated a stones throw from the larger town of Penzance, Newlyn is home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the United Kingdom, with over 40 acres of harbour. The industry is one of the most important in the county, contributing millions of pounds to the Cornish economy each year. All sorts of fishing vessels can be seen in the harbour - beam trawlers, long liners, crabbers and even small open boats used for hand-lining for mackerel in the Bay.
