Welcome to The Studio which is a fully self-contained S/C Annex, it has its own front door with parking outside. The Studio is a lovely bright open -plan ground floor studio. A great space for families and friends to share a relaxing break. Very child friendly, with baby bath, travel cot, high chair provided. Situated right off the main Launceston road in the heart of Rural Kelly Bray we are down our own country lane, which has a walk with farmland views over open fields, there's a private terrace/BBQ & seating area at the rear of the studio Ideal for a glass of wine and to see the sunset. We now offer a double electric hot plate & microwave. In addition, I recently bought a Tiny Wood opposite (ongoing project) with a swing, firepit, and benches, picnic table, which you are welcome to use. Chickens are in their run and dotted about are Beau's vintage Tractors at various states of repair. Over the road is a pub with beer garden. There's a bakery, coffee shop in kelly bray. Just up the hill the Engine House cafe. We have a post office & bus stop into town. Kelly bray also has a laundry and little amenity shop.

Jon & I built Trecarra and The Studio and we live here with our son Beau who's 20 & tractor mad. "The Studio" is next door, which is separate and private. You can park outside. We love to travel & host guests from all over the world.

Kelly Bray is in the heart of The Tamar Valley, with beautiful landscape views just everywhere for miles! Just 10mins from the vast Bodmin Moor & Standing Stones in Cornwall & 35 Mins to Dartmoor in Devon. Plus we are in the country but just 30 mins to Looe Beach, in Cornwall & 40 mins to Bude Beach in Devon, 2 of the best beaches around. A 35min drive takes you to The Ocean City of Plymouth with ancient Barbican & the Hoe! follow the steps of the Pilgrim Fathers as you will find the actual steps down to the water's edge which the Pilgrim Fathers used to board the Mayflower. ( Nov 19 2020 WAS the 400yr Anniversary of the Mayflower in Plymouth. This is a great location to discover the gems of both Devon & Cornwall & we are able to offer advice on almost anything you are interested in doing or visiting. Our little town of Callington has, shops, banks, Church, WI market, Pubs, and takeaways, a cocktail bar & MicroPub. Newbridge just outside has a lovely little riverside walk. As does the stunning Cotehele House NT just a 15 min drive. Kit Hill can be seen from the Studio you can climb to the top and have 365 views and out to Plymouth Sound one way and Caradon Downs the other. Kit Hill has 400 acres to discover and walk through. The area has ancient Mining & Nursery/Market Garden history.
