The Riverside Inn is a converted 17th-century mill situated on the River Chelmer, just 5 minutes’ walk from Chelmsford town center and Rail Station. It is a busy pub that shows sports and has a lively atmosphere All rooms at The Riverside Inn are refurbished with individual period features, and offer en-suite private bathrooms, TVs, hairdryers, and tea and coffee-making facilities. They offer a small plates/pizzas style menu for guests to enjoy in the bar/lounge. The hotel also features a decked garden overlooking the river and mill stream. Chelmsford Cathedral and High Chelmer Shopping Centre are both just 10 minutes’ walk away. Chelmsford Rail Station also offers a direct route to London Liverpool Street Station.
