The Norna is self-checkin, so guests do not have to come in to contact with any member of staff in order to enter their room and checkin to the building. Guests will be sent a pincode up to 48 hours prior to arrival in the 'welcome email', along with my mobile number, should you need any help, or if you have any questions either before or during your stay. I live three doors away, and so I am available if you need me during your stay. The Norna is a newly renovated nine bedroom boutique guesthouse providing 'room only' i.e we do not provide breakfast. Eight of the rooms at the Norna have a small private ensuite bathroom. The ninth twin family room has an external bathroom next to your bedroom. All rooms have a large flatscreen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, complimentary wifi, and a keyless 24hour entry system. We can not accommodate hen-dos, stag-dos or any large groups coming to Cambridge to celebrate such or similar occasions.

The Norna is managed by Claire Bracher, whose first career was as a professional viola da gamba performer, and for ten years as a professor of the viola da gamba at the Royal College of Music in London.

The Norna is only 3 minutes walk from Cambridge central train station, and a 10 to 15 minute walk to Cambridge city centre and the iconic Cambridge University colleges.
