Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, The Kilbirnie Hotel features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a fully equipped fitness suite, and a secluded sun terrace. An en suite bathroom and a TV are featured in each room at The Kilbirnie, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh local produce and seafood are used to create traditional English cuisine in the on-site restaurant, and a wide variety of wines from the hotel’s cellar are also on offer. Surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing can all be enjoyed at the local beaches of Fistral and Watergate, which are both within 10 minutes’ drive. The Eden Project is a 30-minute drive and features the world’s largest indoor rainforest.

The building adjacent to the Kilbirnie Hotel, is undergoing construction works from 15.02.2023 to August 2024. Although the project is being managed in compliance with Newquay and Cornwall bye-laws, some noise is inevitable between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.
