***Perfect for Family with kids and friends*** Great Location and Most Competitive Priced*** If you want a fancy looking hotel this is not for you. If you want a cozy space at great location with great prices and a helpful host then this flat is for you. 2 spacious double rooms with massive built in wardrobes. One has king size bed and the other has double bed. The compact bathroom has shower over bath, accessed from hallway. A double sized futon bed with mattress is also available in living room. The entire space is dedicated solely to you and equipment with everything needed for a lovely stay. Full fibre WiFi throughout. The living room includes also a TV with hundreds of free tv channels , perfect to unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils to make meals at home a breeze. The bathroom and toilet offer complimentary toiletries for added convenience. Iron and iron board available too, stored in wardrobe. Easy access and free on street parking. You will be able to park the car here earlier than check in time too to ensure your easy exploration without the worry of luggage. Early luggage drop off before check in time is also available if request well in advance. Bus Number 1, 16, 25 and 35 etc are a couple of minutes walk away and they take you to Princes Street/downtown under 15 mins.
