Rural semi detached converted Hayloft. One king bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen, dining & sitting areas. Real fire & exposed oak beams. One mile from Keswick town centre. Free parking. WiFi is poor, with signal sometimes dropping out. Stunning location, surrounded by farmland. Large private garden with patio & grassed area & stream. Popular Lakeland walks accessible from the door. Hosts living next door. No pets. Strictly No Smoking in property & gardens.
We are husband and wife, Phil and Shelley, and have 2 teenage children. We have been living in Cumbria for 10 years now, and look forward to welcoming you to our newly refurbished Hayloft. It is joined onto the Farmhouse, which we live in, so we are right next door if you have any queries. We live on the edge of a working farm, which comes with the expected farm noises! We also have a friendly dog, 2 cats, and some inquisitive hens, which might come visiting! Looking out for our hens anhandsome cockerels, who like to cockadoodle at dawn, and randomly throughout the day. Hosts living next door, and available for any questions or problems.
Lovely rural location, with dark skies and open spaces. But only 1 mile from the popular town of Keswick which has lots of cafes, coffee shops and tourist attractions. The property is less than 100 metres from a bus route. Walking distance (45 minutes) to nearest town. Plenty of popular Lakeland walks straight from the door.
