Note: Access to the shared swimming pool, fitness suite and games room must be booked online, 7 days in advance, with one 45 minute slot per activity available per day (subject to The Leisure Facility (including pool) is owned and managed by Blyth View Management Company and the access provided to guests is complimentary, on the rare occasion that there are unplanned closures, these are out of the owner’s Commercial vehicles, caravans and motorhomes cannot be parked on the Blythview Estate. Note: The swimming pool will be closed for two weeks from the 24th February 2025

Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with independent shops, local museum, supermarkets and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site. With Ipswich an easy drive south, and Norwich an easy drive north, there’s so much to see and do in and around Saxmundham.
