A wonderful countryside retreat perfect for a family holiday, short break weekend with friends, horse lovers and to host the most memorable celebrations. Surrounded by nature, animals and many places nearby to explore. The farmhouse features include outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, a wonderful lake view, games room, access through booking for the horse cross country course (only in the summer). Inside the farmhouse, it’s cosy and warm, great for a Netflix session, fireplace and wine.

The farm is located 21 miles from the city of London, 10 minutes driving from Epping station (Central Line). Experience the countryside feeling, however, without leaving the convenience behind, the farm is very well located, only a few minutes driving to Epping, Loughton or Ongar High Street where you will find supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, food take away, shops… With a short drive, there’s so many places to visit and things to do such as visit the Mac Donald’s farm, Nuclear Bunker, Epping Forest, Brentwood famous nightclub Sugar Hut, Ongar Railway and much more. There’s an option for everyone’s taste. You can order food from Just Eat app to be delivered to the farm and local cab (Lawlors cab Epping branch) also comes to the farm.
