The Coach House is a detached bungalow near the Devonshire town of Modbury. The traditional stone building has an open plan living area which is bright and contemporary and three comfortable bedrooms, a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse. Note: The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of three Note: Maximum four adults. Note: This property will sleep a maximum of 6 people. Note: Shared Washing machine and tumble dryer on site at additional cost. Short Breaks not The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of 3. please bare this in mind when note that the indoor pool is closed from November until mid March
