Fabulous studio guest suite in the garden of our historic townhouse in Central Chichester. Very private. The building has its own street entrance and private patio garden. Underfloor heating. Double glazing. Cat 6 broadband plus wi fi. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Spacious shower and en-suite. King size bed.
Free tea and coffee. Free on-site parking for a medium sized car.. Park parallel to black garage gates at rear of property. [Access from Needlemakers]. Free overnight parking [5pm -9am] for larger cars in nearby residents bays and all day Sunday. 4 minute walk to long stay pay and display car park [The Cattlemarket PO19 1JW]. Very reasonable rates and free overnight. Temporary parking available at property for check in for large cars. Pull up parallel to the black garage gates behind 138 St Pancras.
Guests can self check in using the key safe if required.
We are musicians and have a miniature poodle called Olaf. We enjoy socialising with friends and cycling.
We are right in the centre of town and can walk to everything. Close to shopping and dining. Short walk to the theatre. Very near to an independent cinema and many parks. 14 minute walk to the train station. Perfect stay for Goodwood.
