This single-storey cottage has a king-size (zip/link) bedroom, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a shared pool room with an en-suite shower room and a shared games room. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, shared washer/dryer, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, pool table/table tennis, dart board, games and CDs. Outside, there is off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 1.5 miles. The Byre is a romantic retreat, perfect any time of year. Note: The garden is not enclosed.
