Visiting Southend On Sea? Relax at the Annex, in Shoeburyness. A quieter part of the town, Situated on the outskirts of the City of Southend on sea. Just a 5-10 minute drive to the centre of the City. With the benefit of quieter beaches, and fresh sea air just a 5-10 minute walk away. There is lots to discover in historic Shoeburyness.

Jeni and Ian are the hosts of 'The Annex', though you will most likely be speaking to Jeni, as she is the organised one! We will be delighted to answer any questions you may have, help with local knowledge, please feel free to contact us if we are not around by mobile that you will have the details for in your welcome booklet.

Shoeburyness is a quiet part of Southend On Sea, with its own historic story. The Annex is located in a lovely residential part of the area, close to local beaches and not far from Southend itself. You will have your own off street parking space for one vehicle, we have two bus routes just a couple of minutes walk, with two train stations within a mile away.
