York Apartment Stays is a family run business. All our properties are decorated and furnished with what we find important in a holiday let. Our standards are high and we hope that these are apparent in our accommodation. York Apartment Stays has a select amount of 2 to 4 person holiday accommodation all withing striking distance of the city centre and all provide parking.

Sutherland Street is a beautifully decorated, recently refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom family home. The property has gone through a full refurbishment in 2022 and is now the perfect get away for family and friends. Close to the Racecourse , Bishopthore Road and the city centre. The property consists of open plan lounge diner and kitchen, downstairs toilet and large back patio with furniture. Upstairs there is a double room, a twin bedroom and house bathroom with power shower. Parking is available as free on street parking and the city centre is 20 minutes scenic walk away along the river or throigh the famous Bishy Road.
