Sunnyvale House is over four floors with a kitchen with range cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, dining room with seating for fourteen guests, a sitting room with Smart TV, garden room, and cloakroom. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a double, a second-floor double with TV and en-suite bathroom, two third-floor doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and a second-floor twin with en-suite shower room, plus a shower room and first-floor cloakroom.
