Water front and Marina views from every room and located on the 2nd floor gives this property an edge over any other. With an ensuite shower and a separate large family bathroom, space is abundant. The two large double bedrooms have double beds and plenty of draws and wardrobe space. The open plan living/ kitchen overlooks the boat yard, Portsdown hill, Porchester castle and the explosion museum giving a whole new meaning to a room with a view. Fireworks night is the most spectacular, there is always something to look at. The living area has a sofa that pulls out to a small double bed & poof that pulls out to a small single for a child. spare duvet, pillows and linen is supplied. There is a breakfast table that will seat 4. There are extra fold away chairs and stools in the property. There is an ironing board and iron. Always fresh sheets and towels too in case of emergencies. The kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, 4 slice toaster, coffee machine, microwave, electric hob and cooker. Tea and coffee is supplied for your first night and there is a fridge. The property has an amazon Alexa speaker and wifi.
Welcome to our apartment. We hope you have a comfy stay. We are always on-hand for any questions you may have and we live 20 mins away from the apartment in case of any emergency. We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible so please do let us know if you have any special requirements. We own a couple of beauty salons in the local areas so if you are looking for a relaxing treatment whilst staying with us, please let us welcome you to the salon for a discounted treatment.
Gosport has plenty to offer within walking distance. Just outside the property within the marina is Marina Fitness, a gym that overlooks the water, is friendly and offers daily, weekly and monthly passes. There are two lovely restaurants located onsite also and if you are looking for value for money the Victualler offers 241 on all drinks between 5pm and 7pm and for food, Artys restaurant is great value for money with generous portions. There is some nice cafes a gift shop and a church. For more information on the marina visit their website. If you want to venture over to Portsmouth to do some site seeing its a short ferry trip again within walking distance, where you will find the historic boats, Gunwharf Quays for big brand outlet shopping, bowling, cinema, a loads of restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Portsmouth offers a wide range of pubs and restaurants and great views along the seafront, Southsea is renowned for its music festivals and bottomless brunches, funfair, mini golf and seafront. Gosport town centre has some nice cafes, bars and shops and within walking distance. The buss station is located by the ferry and can take you to Alverstoke, Fareham, Stubbington village
