Rest Assured Properties has been established since 2009. We have the pleasure of renting out gorgeous second homes all located in the South Hams area of South Devon. All are within easy reach of beaches and for walkers, the South West Coastal Path.

Cheldon is a large detached bungalow, seconds away from the beach. It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. If your party is larger then 8 and you wish to use the annex, please give us a call as the annex is an extra price. A wonderful seaside property metres from the beach. Park up on the driveway and you can see the beach and smell the sea. It’s that close! Cross the large patio to the front of the house and enter into a small hallway. Turn left into the living room furnished with a large sofa bed to accommodate extra bodies. This room houses the main television with the Disney channel and Sky Sports. Glass doors take you into the conservatory where you can relax and soak up the most glorious views. Along the corridor are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with twin beds and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The master bedroom is a large bright room with a vaulted ceiling and an en-suite shower room. This room can be used as a family room with a z bed and cot available. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is light and spacious with ample space for family gatherings and enjoys the most glorious sea views. Sliding patio doors lead out on to a patio which is furnished with outside table and chairs and a 6-burner BBQ with side burner. To the front of the house is a separate annex with 2 bedrooms that sleeps up to four. The annex is available for an additional cost. The annex is furnished with a double bed and a set of small bunk beds which are only suitable for children, along with a shower room. Outside you can access a pathway that leads directly on to the South West Coast path and leads down on to the beach. The South Hams is an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are lucky to have a wide choice of sandy beaches, great for paddle boarders, surfers and sand castle builders. We are close to Dartmoor National Park and have many interesting, quirky towns on our doorstep including Salcombe, Dartmouth and Modbury to name a few.
