Springhill Studio is a mile from Brimham Rocks and 4 miles from Grantley. A contemporary stand alone space and home to the Jeweller Alice Clarke (when she is back in the UK). It runs on renewable energy and has its own parking space and views overlooking Nidderdale. The Studio is unique building in the area with wood larch clad and a hanging log burner. Its the 2nd airbnb listing at Springhill Farm and sits in the hillside just above the cottage. Ground floor - spacious open plan interior including kitchen, dining area and living space. Downstairs shower, toilet and wash basin. Hanging log burner with all logs and kindling provided. Mezzanine - King size bed, dressing table and or workstation, toilet with wash basin, storage. Patio - private patio off the mezzanine bedroom (1st floor) The Studio is entirely yours for the booked period. You have your own patio space and also have access to the fields surrounding the farm to take your dog out for a run and play. We decided to let Springhill Studio in 2019 as a holiday home, when our daughter Alice moved to the Falkland Islands, where she now spends 70% of her time and has opened up another Jewellers Studio. Springhill Studio is a unique space and you will see Alice's work and Jewellery displayed in cabinets. Springhill Studio is in the beautiful Yorkshire Dale of the river Nidd, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty- AONB. We have 2 National Trust properties on our doorstep; Brimham Rocks a mile around the corner and Fountains Abbey is 5 miles between us and Ripon. Your parking space on the farm is in front of the studio. Drive by the main house and pull up in front on the gravel infront of the studio patio.
