Seabreeze is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house and is just a short walk to Cowes high street with its local shops, restaurants and sailing clubsSeabreeze is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to Cowes. The house has been lovingly restored and is spread across 4 floors. It is beautifully presented throughout and has 2 new bathrooms and a stunning open plan kitchen which leads out through the bifold doors onto the deck. Please note the house has steep stairs. On the ground floor there is a lovely bright and spacious lounge and a double bedroom to the rear with its own private balcony overlooking the garden. Downstairs, there is a stunning, fully equipped kitchen which leads through to the dining area with access through the bifold doors to the large deck and beautiful lawned garden. There is also a newly fitted shower room on this level. The first floor houses 2 further bedrooms, one with a double and the other with twin beds. Upstairs to the family bathroom with a roll top bath and shower over. This house is beautifully presented throughout and would make the perfect place to stay in Cowes, it even has a sea view from the back of the house. Parking permit provided for one car on resident only restricted roads. Seabreeze is located a few moment’s walk from Northwood park, or you can stroll along the High Street, Parade and Esplanade for wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent. See the prestigious yacht clubs and, if you are lucky, hear the small cannon at the Royal Yacht Squadron fire to start or finish a yacht race.
