Beautiful, detached seaside house, ideal for families with a large garden set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just a short stroll to the beach. Upstairs is a master king-size bedroom with a large bay window and views overlooking the sea. In addition, there is a twin bedroom, family bathroom and a small double bedroom. Downstairs is a large open-plan lounge, dining area, a snug with twin futon beds leading to a wet room with shower and WC. Large garden with table and chairs. EV charging available on driveway.

Situated along the south west coast of the island, with fantastic sea views from the entrance and two of the bedrooms, the cottage is perfect for exploring the island. Brook beach is only a couple of minutes walk. Compton Bay is very near too and is known as one of the best surfing beaches on the Island, both beaches are famous for hunting dinosaur fossils. The coast path stretches the whole way around the island, however, some may say the most picturesque is the west of the island. Alternatively, take a day trip out to the small town of Yarmouth and explore the shops, walk along the pier and there are plenty of eateries to choose from. Freshwater Bay is close by with its caves which are good for kayaking and coasteering.
