A calming, well-equipped base in central Leeds — ideal for longer stays
Welcome to my peaceful, top-floor apartment tucked away on a quiet street right in the heart of Leeds. Designed with comfort, focus, and ease in mind, the space is ideal for working professionals and creatives who need a calm, practical home-from-home — especially those staying 7+ nights.
As I have ADHD, I’ve set up the apartment to be sensory-friendly and easy to navigate, with thoughtful touches that reduce overwhelm and promote comfort. The layout is simple and uncluttered, with blackout curtains, soft lighting, clear zones for rest and work, and everything in its place.
You’ll find fast Wi-Fi, a proper workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge — perfect for decompressing after a day of meetings, rehearsals, or studio time. The building is quiet, and the vibe is peaceful: absolutely no party house energy here.
The apartment is LGBTQIA+ friendly, inclusive, and welcoming to all. Whether you're here for a freelance contract, creative residency, or just need a reset, you'll find a space that respects your routines and supports your stay.
I work in the live events and music industry and spend a lot of time travelling, so I know how important it is to have a space that feels calm, welcoming, and easy to settle into.
Hosting gives me the chance to offer that kind of space to others — especially people who are here for work, or just need somewhere chill to land for a while. I’ve set the apartment up to be comfortable for longer stays and friendly for neurodivergent guests (like me!). It's quiet, central, and intentionally not a party spot — just a place to relax, focus, and feel at peace.
I’m always happy to offer recommendations for places to eat, grab coffee, or co-work nearby — or to give you total privacy if that’s your preference. Everyone’s welcome here, and I really want you to feel at home during your stay.
The apartment is perfectly located in central Leeds — right in the city centre but tucked away on a quiet side street, so you get the best of both worlds: easy access to everything, without the noise. You can walk to Leeds train station in 15 minutes, and you're close to all the main venues, offices, and cultural hotspots.
The neighbourhood is full of independent cafes and places to eat. You're just minutes from places like Laynes, Mrs Atha’s, and Out of the Woods for coffee, there's Kirkgate Market for produce and street food, and Ox Club and Sarto for something a little fancier. My regulars are Mommy Thai, Bundobust and Aagrah for amazing curries.
Culturally, you’re a short stroll from the Leeds Art Gallery, Henry Moore Institute, Opera North and the Playhouse. The Belgrave and Headrow House have rooftop bars where you can check out smaller artists, and there's the First Direct Arena for household names.
It’s also easy to get around - buses, trains, and bikes are all nearby, and the whole city is walkable from your front door. There's a small park at the top of the road for when you need to touch grass, and the larger ones of Potternewton and Roundhay are just up the road.
