Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rooms are located in the House or in the adjacent Chalet.
Please note: If you would like to bring a dog, this must be requested in advance by emailing the property directly for approval.
Breakfast is not included in the room price but is available in the Main House breakfast restaurant and can be purchased separately for £16 per person.
Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge’s scenic College Backs, the Rectory is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle’s Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre.

A warm welcome to Rectory Farm. We seek to provide the very best value for money at an affordable rate. We take pride in our very competitive room rates and work hard to provide a clean, warm room where you can relax and unwind. We are not a “Bells and Whistles” hotel but we are surrounded by outstanding gardens and fields which you are most welcome to walk in and enjoy. As we strive to keep our rates extremely competitive we have made some changes to our bathrooms. We only provide a small bar of soap and one large towel per person. This is also a tiny contribution to saving and conserving our planet so that the world we live in becomes a better safer place.
