Outside, there is an enclosed garden with hot tub, furniture and charcoal barbecue, bike storage, and off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles, there is a shop, within 2.9, a pub, and within 1.7, a beach. Mullion is a major village on the Lizard Peninsula, 5 miles south of Helston and 5 miles from Lizard Point. Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a working harbour, are located in the village. Helston is a beautiful, lively market town noted for its Flora Day Festival and "Furry Dance" folklore.
