This farmhouse conversion has six bedrooms including three doubles, two twins and a single, along with a bathroom, two shower rooms and a cloakroom with a separate shower. The living areas include a kitchen/diner, a galleried sitting room, and a first-floor snug with a woodburning stove. Appliances include a Range cooker, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 1.1 miles, and a beach within 1.9 miles. Please note that there are steps down throughout the property and there is limited head height on some parts of the first floor. Dinas Cross, a scattered community nestled between the Preseli Mountains and the magnificent Pembrokeshire Coast Path, contains a well-stocked shop and a pub. Both Pwll Gwaelod and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys beaches are a few paces away, with breath-taking scenery offering the opportunity for tranquil days in perfect settings, and are almost unnoticed by the general public unless they leave the main route through the village, with a petrol station, two pubs, a fish and chip shop, and a restaurant down at Pwll Gwaelod beach.
