Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail. First Floor: Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed. Bedroom 3: Twin room with two single beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Little Stepping has a pub serving food within a 1-mile stroll, and the nearby market towns of Spilsby and Wainfleet offer a good selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and amenities. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is about a 20-minute drive to the east, with plenty for all the family to enjoy or simply a long walk along the sandy beaches. The Lincolnshire Wolds, which offer many miles of walking and cycle routes, are within 30 minutes drive, with plenty of village tea rooms and pubs for food and refreshment on your travels. A welcome pack will be waiting for you on arrival, but for your other essentials, there's a shop around 3 miles away.
