My property is managed by Pass The Keys, a professional Co-host of Airbnb. - Spacious upstairs flat - 3 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 double, 2 single beds) - Comfortably sleeps 6 and a high chair is available for children - Free overnight parking off street parking is available and on street parking available during the day. - 3 miles from Newcastle City centre and 3.7 miles from Newcastle Airport. Noise Warning - This property is located above a very popular and busy restaurant. The space I'm very excited to welcome guests to my spacious and well equipped upstairs flat just outside of Newcastle City Centre. I hope it forms the start of a memorable stay in the city. I have enjoyed sourcing comfortable and stylish furniture that will allow guests to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. My property sleeps up to 6 guests (2 double bedrooms and a third bedroom which contains 2 single beds). My property is close to the A1 which allows gives quick an easy access to Newcastle Airport and is also close to direct routes into the City centre. Ground Floor: The private entrance is located on the ground floor to the right of the main building. You will enter small indoor space with a staircase immediately ahead. Upstairs living area Once up the staircase you will find the master bedroom through a door on the right hand side. Continuing straight on gives you access to the living area with a large sofa suit and a table and chairs. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
