The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering access Freely App which provides free to air stations along with streaming services such as Amazon Prime, (guests will need to provide their own login details), and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the space for your convenience. Also off the main hallway you can find the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and ample storage space for all your belongings. The cosy bathroom is thoughtfully designed with fixtures, including a washbasin, a bath with a shower, and a W/C. Outside, the property boasts a charming sun-soaked private garden area, a true haven for outdoor relaxation. David Longhurst Way is located on the grounds where the old Bootham Crescent Football ground once stood. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and all local amenities that guests could want are within walking distance to the property.
