The cottage is conveniently located on a residential street, 2 minutes' walk from the historic city centre, high street, and the Canterbury West rail station with its excellent "Goods Shed" farmers market and restaurant. There are numerous lovely local pubs, restaurants, and local attractions within a 10-15 minutes walk of the cottage, including the University of Kent, Canterbury Cathedral, Kings School, the Westgate Towers, The Marlowe Theatre, and the River Stour.
