We warmly welcome you to stay at Pant-y-Creolen (Crayon Valley), a beautiful 18th century Welsh longhouse nestled between the Tanat and Cain valleys in mid-Wales. Relax and unwind in the tranquil Welsh hills, listening to the odd bleat of a lamb in spring, a distant passing tractor during the summer or come nightfall the hoot of a nearby owl. Ideally situated a short distance from the English border, Pant-y-Creolen is a 30 minute drive from the historic towns of Welshpool and Oswestry. When staying at Pant-y-Creolen, you’ll enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay in a double room with en-suite. Beautiful views from both the bedroom and bathroom. The room consists of double bed and en suite bathroom. We provide clean towels, soaps and shampoo. In the room you’ll find a fridge, toaster and kettle with tea/coffee, cups, plates and cutlery.

We are nicely situated between the Tanat and cain valleys. The highest waterfall in wales (pystyll rhaeder) is 10 min drive away, vyrnwy reservoir is 20min drive away and snowdonia national park is just over an hour away. There is a large town at Oswestry or Welshpool with bars, restaurants and shopping, 30 mins away. The city’s of Shrewsbury or Wrexham are about 40 mins away.
