This converted 18th-century farmhouse is on Hayling Island, 12 miles from Portsmouth city centre. Newton House has free Wi-Fi and free parking, just half a mile from the nearby beach. Newtown House Hotel is in Hampshire, on the South Coast, between historic Portsmouth and Chichester with its Festival Theatre. There is easy road access to the mainland. The hotel mixes modern comforts with traditional character and original features, including old ship's beams, oak panelling and stone fireplaces. Newton House Hotel has individually decorated en suite rooms with flat-screen Freeview TVs and tea/coffee.
