Set within 3 acres of grounds, Newton Farmhouse offers accommodation near the Langley Wood National Nature Reserve. The property features 1 holiday home and 2 studio apartments. The holiday home offers a bedroom, with king size cast iron bed, bathroom with bath and shower, a sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. There is a terraced area outside with a seating area underneath an old apple tree for guests to enjoy. The 2 studio apartments are housed within an old barn, with en-suite shower rooms and individual kitchenettes equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Guests can enjoy complimentary internet access and on-site parking. The property is situated on the North East boundary of the New Forest, 1 mile from the village of Whiteparish which has 2 pubs. Salisbury is 7 miles away and Stonehenge is approximately 16 miles from Newton Farmhouse.

We are located 7 miles South-East of Salisbury, on the North-East boundary of the New Forest. We offer self catering accommodation which consists of Little Newt, refurbished in March 2020, a self contained cottage offering a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sitting room, well equipped kitchen and separate dining room with a parking space immediately adjacent. There is a terraced area outside the sitting with a table and chairs, which is for the sole use of this accommodation and sits in the shade of an old apple tree, overlooking our garden. Our other accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms housed within an old barn, with ensuite shower rooms, together with their own individual kitchenettes, equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is parking directly outside for these 2 rooms.
Until 2020 we had run Newton Farmhouse as a B&B, but due to the impact of recent events, we decided to change our business model and offer our guests the opportunity to be self contained. We have had some amazing guests over our 15 years running the B&B and we shall miss them, but now look forward to the next chapter.
We live on the North East boundary of the New Forest National Park, which you can walk to directly from our house up the lane , but generally I would suggest you drive 5-10 minutes further into the Forest and park and walk from one of the car parks. I have laminated a number of great walks, quite often starting from pubs and some scenic drives for you to use. We are approximately 30 minutes from the nearest seaside and 45 minutes from Lymington, with a 20 minute ferry to the Isle of Wight. We are located 1 mile from the middle of our local village, Whiteparish. It has 2 pubs , a village shop/post office and a lovely church. Salisbury, a medieval market town is approximately 15 minutes drive from us, with its beautiful Cathedral . There is a twice weekly market, and a great variety of independent shops. Stonehenge, the world famous stone circle is 30 minutes drive away.
